Refund Policy
One of the objectives at Takshila Institute of VLSI is to impart quality and accuracy in education and training in the VLSI and Physical Design sector. We understand that certain difficulties may arise and that you might need to withdraw from a course; hence, we implement a refund policy to take care of such situations. We shall have a no-surprise, fair, and very transparent refund policy so there are no miscommunications at all between the institute and our students.
100% Refund Within 7 Classes
If you withdraw within the first 7 classes, a full refund is guaranteed. This allows one to see our teaching methodology, material, and general atmosphere before finally deciding on the course. If anything does not satisfy you within these 7 classes, you are entitled to ask for a full refund of money paid for the respective course.
How to Request a Refund
To obtain a refund, follow this procedure:
- Write to our administration office: You have to write to our administration office in writing or e-mail during the first 7 classes of your course.
- Include all details: Give your full name, contact address, the course you enrolled for, and the reason you want to drop the course.
- Confirmation: Our team will go through your request and confirm that we have received the request for a refund.
- Refund Processing: In case of approval of your claim, the refund process will take 30 working days. The amount refunded is transferred to the credit balance of the same medium used while enrolling.
Essential Notes
The claim should be raised necessarily in the first 7 classes. Raised requests after that will not be refunded.
No Refund After 7 Classes
No refund will be made after the completion of 7 classes. This rule is applied irrespective of whether you have attended the classes or not because the first 7 classes are good enough to get an idea about the course and decide wisely. Once the 7 classes are over, you are considered to be committed to the course.
No Exceptions BR
This is a policy into which we make absolutely no exemptions. The no-refund rule after 7 classes is applied, irrespective of whether you have attended the classes or not. This helps us be consistent and fair to our students.
Non-Refundable EMI Fee
In the case of those students for whom the option of fee payment for course(s) includes an EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) plan, the EMI fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. The policy would apply even if you decide to withdraw from a course and not attend classes.
Why EMI Fee Will Not be Refunded
The EMI fee policy is non-refundable because of involved agreements with third-party financial institutions in the EMI plan. Once an EMI plan gets set up, the institute incurs administrative and processing costs, which cannot be recovered. Hence, we cannot refund the EMI fee.
What It Means for You
- Commitment: By choosing the EMI option, you will be committing to the full payment schedule.
- Withdrawal: In case of withdrawal from the course, you will still be liable for the completion of the EMI payments that were agreed upon at the time of enrollment.
Commitment to Student Satisfaction and Support
At Takshila Institute of VLSI, we respect our students and try to provide an assisting learning environment. Our refund policy is aimed at giving you the flexibility to make informed choices about the enrollment process and to make sure it is fair and consistent for everybody. We encourage you to take advantage of the 7-class evaluation period to determine if the course meets your expectations.
Please do not hesitate to contact our administration office in case of any queries regarding the refund policy. We are here to help you and make your interaction with Takshila Institute of VLSI smooth, enjoyable, and rewarding.
Thank you for choosing Takshila Institute of VLSI. We look forward to your growth in the field of VLSI and physical design.
